  1. Parmesan-egg-in-a-hole




1/3 c. mayonnaise

1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

6 slices Texas toast-style bread

6 large eggs




  1. First, stir mayonnaise and cheese in a bowl and spread the mixture on both sides of a bread slice. Cut the three-inch circle forms each bread slice.
  2. Cook bread in a large nonstick skillet until its brown. Turn and immediately crack an egg into the hole and season it with salt and pepper. Reduce the heat a little bit and cover the pan. Cook about 3 or 4  minutes and repeat the same with all remaining eggs and bread.
  3. Serve with hot sauce if you wish to add more flavor to it.


2. Super frozen protein smoothie


The easiest way to wake up early in the morning is to drink a cup of a delicious and nutritious super frozen protein smoothie. Not only is it easy to make but it is also highly nutritious and healthy.

The main ingredients include:


  • ½ a banana, frozen
  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • ¾ nonfat of 1% milk
  • 3 Tbsp. of egg powder, unflavored




Preparation takes only 5 minutes and you need to use only one cup – a blender cup. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend for just 30 seconds until it is completely mixed. Serve immediately.


3. Eggs Florentine pizza

125ml milk

1 tsp golden caster sugar

2 tsp dried yeast

500g ‘00’ pasta flour or bread flour, plus extra for dusting

1 tbsp olive oil

4 tomatoes

2 garlic cloves, crushed

small bunch oregano

chopped (or 1 tsp dried oregano)

80g bag baby spinach

50g parmesan (or Vegetarian alternative), grated

125g ball mozzarella, torn into pieces

4 large eggs


The first step is to make your own pizza dough. Pour 150 ml of boiling water in a jug and mix it with milk and sugar. Sprinkle it with yeast and wait for about 10 minutes until frothy.

Take a large bowl,, pour flour and 1 tsp of salt. Make sure you make a well in the center and pour olive oil into it followed by the yeast mixture. Stir well to form a soft

Knead for ten minutes and then put the dough in a bowl, cover it with cling film and leave it in a warm place for one hour

Peel the tomatoes and put them just in a hot water. Drain the water after 2 or 3 minutes, grate the tomatoes and stir in garlic and oregano. Blanch the spinach by drenching it in boiling water and leave it until it’s cool enough to handle.

Divide your dough into 4 parts and shape each piece into a ball. Spread each one with the tomato paste and divide the cooked spinach between 4 pizzas. Top with parmesan or mozzarella cheese.

Put the pizzas directly into a hot oven and bake 2 at a time for 5 minutes and create the gap to crack the eggs. Return the pizzas into the oven for more 6 or 7 minutes so that the yolk gets baked.


4. Marinated eggs



  • 6 large free-range eggs
  • 5 cm piece of ginger
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 80 ml soy sauce
  • 50 ml sake
  • 1 tablespoon runny honey


Cook the eggs in salted water 5 minutes and a half and then remove them into a bowl of iced water.

Smash the garlic, peel and slice the garlic and place them in a pan with the soy and sake

After boiling, cook it for 5 more minutes. After stirring the honey, remove from the heat and leave to infuse for 3 minutes.

Strain and reserve the liquid.

Pour 500ml of cold water into the reserved liquid and stir well.

Once you peel the eggs, put them into the marinade and leave them in the fridge for 24 hours

Finally, remove them from the marinade when you are ready to serve.
