Super Lightweight Smart Watch Ice,1.4 inch OLED Display, Android Wear 2.0,Compatible with iOS and Android, Google Assistant
Let’s make one thing clear straight away: I am an Android person. Every single gadget and computer I have is Android friendly, not because I think that Apple products are bad, but for me, they are too expensive and app complicated/restrained. But for you Apple-heads, the Ticwatch is iOS friendly as well, except for Google Phone calls.
Overall this thing was pretty solid. I am a savage mountain/hill runner so fitness tracking and all sorts of measurements are a must. Price is a major factor for me and the price was excellent compared to other smartwatches with similar features.
Keep in mind this device is way more than just a fitness tracker. It is also a capable smartwatch. It is water resistant and that was a big selling point for me. It served me well in the lake on several occasions. It is very light, which is a bonus for most runners, though I personally prefer the feel of a bit heavier devices, then again I’m 6’8” and 380 lbs.. It also works great with Feel The Wear app. I only wish it could respond more quickly when I need the face to turn on, but that is not really a serious drawback.
So far I had no problems with the Ticwatch E whatsoever however, some users have reported a few issues that should be worth mentioning.. A runner I’ve met complained to me that the screen of his Ticwatch E burned in horribly, early on. However, the guy did reach out to customer support and they had replaced the watch free of charge. This is why customers stay loyal, folks!
Which leads us to Ticwatch E’s single flaw. The battery life could use some improvement. I do my best to limit the battery consuming performances of the watch, but really only getting 20 hours tops before the need to recharge. For me it’s a slight problem since I am a devoted runner who spends his day outside. Obviously, if you decide to use fitness and GPS tracking features in full capacity, the battery life drastically shortens, and that is a real bummer because in all other aspects this watch rocks. For me, this is not a deal breaker, but for campers and trackers who are far away from electric outlets for days, this could be a problem.
That being said, I still highly recommend this product for active people running on a budget, who do not plan to use it days on end without a recharge. The Ticwatch E is one of the best watches in the “bang for your buck” category.
